Problem
SwyxWare features status signaling. With status signaling you can see if someone is logged on or logged off. Since version 4.40 you can attach the logon state to a specific logon device. So you can leave your SwyxPhone logged on while logging off your SwyxIt! client. Doing so will display you logged off in the SwyxIt! of other users. This is a nice feature because turning off your pc or laptop automatically changes your state to logged off.
But what if you just leave your desktop for lunch or meeting. You have to log off manually or you remain logged on. Other users especially the operator cannot see if you are really at your desktop.
Solution - 3iMedia Logon Controller for SwyxIt!
The 3iMedia Logon Controller is a small application that monitors your screensaver activity or the screen locked state of your pc. If screensaver activates or you just lock your screen the application logs off SwyxIt! after a configurable period of time. If you have attached the SwyxWare logon state to your SwyxIt! only, you will be displayed to other users as logged off although your SwyxPhone is still logged on and could be reached.
Scenario
Call Routing Rule that transfers external calls depending of the logon state to your voicemail or the operator while internal calls are still connected directly.

- determine if a call is active in SwyxIt! otherwise the logoff process is delayed
