IpPbxImportRR v1.0.0.3 released  (Germany)

I finally decided that the current version is ok to use as a "release", after I eliminated a bug in the csv export/import. Thanks to Morton for reporting this.

v1.0.0.3 works on SwyxWare v6.1x. I'm planning to have an newer version v1.1.0.0 before the end of this year. That version will run on SwyxWare v6.20 or higher only, because it uses a new CDS API for uploading big amounts of records. SwyxWare v6.1x and IpPbxImportRR-1.0.0.3 only support a few hundreds of routing records.

With v6.20 you will be able to use thousand of records, e.g. to use time of day based routing records to apply call-by-call prefixes for least cost routing.
