IT Networld Custom Bubble  (Germany)

Hello Everyone.

IT Networld from New Zealand has developend a very nice tool for the client: an extended tray bubble on incoming calls. This bubble can be completely customized, differes between ddi and group calls and is also able to display an escalation level which is configured via a previously running ECR script.

The ITNW Custom Bubble is given away for free and you should definately take a look on it.

You can download it or watch a screencast provided by Mirjam demoing it's usage.

Thanks Mirjam for providing this nice tool to the community !

Hi,

I think this addon exactly is what we miss in our company. Do I need to have the ECR option pack installed or licenced to use it with such parameters as call waiting time or escalation levels?

regards,
Peter

Re: IT Networld Custom Bubble  (Germany)

That's right, you need SwyxECR or SwyxProfessional licenses installed on your machine as this tool uses a small ecr script for it's own purposes.

Regards, Tom.
