probleme bei callrouting auf handys  (Germany)

guten tag zusammen,

wir haben für eine rufnummer ein callrouting-script hinterlegt bei dem mehrere handys gleichzeitig angerufen werden. nur haben wir leider das problem sobald ein handy kein netz oder ein mitarbeiter doch mal seine mailbox aktiviert hat der anruf im leeren verläuft da der anrufer zu diesem handy durchgestellt wird :(

hat jemand einen lösungsansatz für dieses problem?

Hallo Daniel,

ein bisschen spät aber vielleicht noch eine gute Idee.

Du kannst mit Hilfe von Swyx Mobile einen Parallel Ruf rauschicken aufs Handy, dies muss mit eigentlich mit dem SwyxMobile Client vom Handy angenommen und durch eine # bestätigt werden.

Du könntest also mehrere User anlegen und bei denen SwyxMobile auf die Handynummern konfigurieren. Die User in eine Gruppe packen und den Ruf auf die Gruppe weiterleiten.

Sobald ein User den Anruf auf dem Handy mit der # bestätigt, hat er das Gespräch angenommen.
